Shipping & Delivery

Most items ship via UPS to the 48 contiguous states and offer tracking information in your customer account panel.  Orders to destinations other than the 48 contiguous US states and to PO Boxes and APO addresses may use USPS.  Simply log in to your orders page and see your shipping and tracking information.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make an exchange or return, you will need to use our contact form to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise returned without an RMA will be not be accepted and returned to the sender at the senders cost. We are happy to exchange the product(s) or credit the purchaser's credit card for the merchandise received within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. We are not able to accept return or exchange requests after 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. Returns must include the original invoice. Returns based on anything other than defective merchandise will be subject to the original shipping and handling costs, and a restocking fee based on product and order conditions. Orders that received free shipping will also be subject to a $9.99 fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, in order to cover the shipping and handling charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for all shipping on any returns or exchanges. Restocking, repair or replacement fees may apply. All returns must be unused and in unopened original packaging and include all items and manuals originally shipped. For all returns for exchange be sure to make a note on the receipt as to what you wish shipped in exchange for the returned item(s).

Ordering

Ordering is simple.  Just add your items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.  If you ordered enough to qualify for a volume discount it will be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept mail in payments via checks.

Volume discounts are available for most items.  Coupon code promotions may be offered on select items.  All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.  By not accepting Purchase Orders we reduce the cost of accounts receivable maintenance, and can pass those savings on to our customers..
